Daniel Lopez graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
Mr. Lopez continued his legal education at Whittier Law School. During law school, Mr. Lopez received honors in environmental law, studied abroad in Spain and Israel, and was invited to participate in an externship with international counsel to draft environmental laws comparative to the United States. Mr. Lopez was also heavily involved in Whittier Law School’s student body.
As an attorney, Mr. Lopez brings to Chung & Ignacio, LLP a wealth of experience in civil litigation, both on the plaintiff and defense side. Having defense experience representing businesses and individuals gives Mr. Lopez a unique perspective when representing plaintiffs. He is also an aggressive advocate and negotiator who likes to think outside the box. His previous practice areas include, business litigation, real estate, employment law, consumer rights, and personal injury.
