Claudia Carr is an associate attorney at Chung & Ignacio, LLP. A passionate family law advocate, she is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of family law, including but not limited to divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, modifications, property division, and more.
Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Claudia Carr received her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational and Corporate Communications, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Texas, El Paso (UTEP). After graduating from UTEP, she received her Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law and graduated with honors. While in law school, she was a Dean’s Fellow and served on the executive board of the Student Bar Association as well as the Black Law Students Association. She also received a 1L Honors Scholarship to study abroad in Cape Town, South Africa, where she studied Comparative Constitutional Law, Criminal Justice, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. While in law school, she worked as a law clerk with Chung & Ignacio, LLP.
Claudia Carr is involved in many organizations, including the San Bernardino County Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Black Women Lawyers of Los Angeles, and the Richard T. Fields Bar Association. She also volunteers her time with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. She is committed to providing her clients with effective and efficient legal representation. Her background and experience provide her with a unique skillset, making her an optimal source of guidance and support for families in need of proficient legal counsel.
