Kelly A. Boktor

Associate Attorney

Kelly A. Boktor is an associate attorney at Chung & Ignacio LLP. Passionate about Family Law, Ms. Boktor is experienced in all aspects, from prenuptial agreements and paternity establishment through post-judgment requests and support enforcement. She also works closely with the San Bernardino County Department of Child Support Services in contempt, modification, and parentage actions.

A native Southern-Californian, Ms. Boktor attended the University of California, Riverside where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. While there, she was an active member of Coptic Club. Though she attended school full time, she simultaneously began her legal career working part-time as a legal secretary.

She thereafter received a merit scholarship to Western State College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate. As a student, Ms. Boktor received the CALI award in Evidence and accelerated her legal career by working as Law Clerk for Chung & Ignacio.

Ms. Boktor has been with the firm since 2011. Her experience, knowledge, and impressive attention to detail make her an insurmountable asset to the firm and an unmatched advocate for her clients.

Ms. Boktor is licensed to practice before all State Courts in California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
