Ms. Carr was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational and Corporate Communications with a minor in Sociology from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). She continued her academic career in California, earning her Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law with honors.
Ms. Carr is no stranger to our firm. While in law school, she served as a law clerk for our team and understands the importance of providing clients the best possible assistance for their specific circumstances with the utmost compassion and efficacy. Her background and experience imbue her with the skills and empathy necessary to support families throughout the legal process during times of need and hardship.
